AK Villa 11 is located on a gorgeous aquamarine waterway that spills into the ocean. It has a spectacular view of the water and lush tropical vegetation. There is a beautiful natural swimming pool and a wonderful beach area with lounge chairs for sunning. The main beach is just a one minute walk from your doorway and the world renowned Puerto Aventuras marina, which is the only full service marina between Cancun and Belize, is just 1/3 mile from the villa. There you will find a large, open shopping area with restaurants, shops, drugstores, grocery stores, internet services and even the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
AK Villa 11 is a charming Mexican hacienda style home with six bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and two double beds. It is the only waterfront home designed especially for privacy. Lovely, unique hand carved doors lead into identical bedrooms each with a full bathroom, and decorated with imported Spanish tile, hand carved headboards, stained glass windows and hand woven bedspreads. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning system and private outdoor terrace with hammocks and lounge chairs overlooking the water. There is a central courtyard surrounded by tropical flowers and a hand carved stone fountain.
