AK Villa 20 is very stylish and situated on the best part of Jade Beach with white powder sand, aquamarine water and fabulous views. It’s a walled estate and very, very private with no neighbors nearby.
AK Villa 20 is composed of two villas side by side each with three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and an outdoor covered patio with table and chairs for dining in the ocean breeze - they are delightfully named "Ruby Moon" (on the north side) and “Emerald Moon” (on the south side).
The roof of each villa has an open palapa party room with built in couches - it’s a perfect spot for a massage! Just let us make an appointment for you and you'll find yourself having a massage to remember with the sound of waves lapping in your ears.......this is TOTAL relaxation. There’s also an uncovered area for rooftop sunbathing and stargazing.
The swimming pool is huge! It's 20’ X 40’, 5 feet deep, and has a large deck area around it with lounge chairs and also a beautiful garden area. A fabulous large palapa is next to the pool with table and chairs underneath. You can throw some hamburgers or steaks on the grill for some truly fantastic outdoor dining. You might even want to grill the fresh fish you caught that morning! Gorgeous beach, huge swimming pool 20’ x 40’, large poolside palapa with table and chairs which seat 8-10, hammocks and lounge chairs, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, TV with VCR and movies, stereo with CD’s and cassettes, maid service 6 days per week, all linens and towels furnished, cook service available upon request for an additional fee, charcoal grill, safe, private parking area, crib and highchair available.
