AK Villa #23 is a beautiful 2 story Oceanfront villa on a rocky coastline which gives you lots of privacy. The villa is approximately 2,500 square feet and has three air conditioned bedrooms (2 with ocean view) and three baths, a very comfortable living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a swimming pool in the enclosed garden. It's a wonderful home for a family with in-house cooking available as well as baby-sitting, a crib and highchair. There is also a separate 1 bedroom guest house with living/dining area and kitchen. The casita has a double bed and sofabed and can sleep an additional 3 people at an extra charge.
