AK Villa 28
Villa 28 is a wonderful villa located on the beach in South Akumal, 2 miles south of Akumal and 60 miles south of the Cancun airport. The main house has three bedrooms and there is also a guesthouse if you need more space. You can relax in the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean.
The entire upstairs of the villa is a huge master suite with bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room/living room. The guesthouse is a wonderful studio apartment with it's own kitchenette. You and your guests can enjoy a meal together in the large upstairs dining room, but if you would rather not face each other first thing in the morning over coffee, you can each do your own thing in your own kitchen. There are beautiful covered terraces both upstairs and downstairs. You'll love the terrific rooftop observatory where you can begin your day with a spectacular sunrise over the ocean. Snorkeling can be done directly off of the shore from the villa. With a white sand beach to walk on, clear turquoise water to swim in and a view to die for, you'll think you're in heaven!
