This villa is an exquisite 8,000 square foot oceanfront Hacienda located on beautiful Soliman Bay. The villa has 5 immaculately decorated bedrooms all with adjacent bathrooms and at least one terrace each. The living space is open plan with a large gourmet kitchen, dining bar, cozy sitting area and a gorgeous dining room overlooking the gardens, pool and the Caribbean Sea. The fabulous outdoors spaces include a circular lounge area by the pool and a roof deck with plenty of daybeds for sunbathing or stargazing. Perfect for family and friends, AK Villa 55 can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 4 children.
AK Villa 55 offers shear luxury in a lush tropical paradise. Every morning, enjoy fresh local fruits, natural juices, freshly brewed coffee, pastries and yogurts in the privacy of your own haven of peace and tranquility. Breakfast is served at the dining bar each morning Monday through Saturday.
As you enter AK Villa 55, you will already be able to see the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean through the coconut palm trees, beyond the infinity 20ft x 50ft pool. The living area is graced with 50 ft ceilings, ascending two stories to a magnificent traditional Mayan brick dome. The open plan design allows you to move freely from the kitchen, through the sitting area, and then dining area, and on to the ample exterior living spaces around the pool to the ocean. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with complimentary beverages, beers, eggs, juices and all the staples for when you first arrive. The living area includes a flat screen/satellite TV and DVD, as well as an ample DVD and book collection.
The open design of the villa allows an almost constant sea breeze to flow freely throughout all floors. One of the 5 bedrooms is located on the first floor, just off the sitting area. The other 4 can be found on the second floor and have comfortable King size beds and some have an additional futon. The second floor has a further kitchen and a bright and airy conservatory. The unique design of the sleeping areas ensures a tranquil night sleep for everyone.
The villa is strongly influenced by traditional Mexican design, resorting to rich interior and exterior colors, handmade tiles, stone floors, mahogany furniture and hand carved onyx sinks in the bathrooms. 20ft x 50ft infinity pool, poolside circular area with dining and cooking facilities, rooftop observation area with daybeds, hammocks and wet bar, central air-conditioning, Bose system surround sound stereo, CD, DVD player, 52" Plasma satellite TV and DVD player, library with current books, CD’s and DVD’s, wireless internet service - please bring your own laptop, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 2 outdoor showers, 3 kayaks, palapas with hammocks on the beach, cell telephone for guest use, security safes in each bedroom which hold 15" laptops, locally mined marble flooring throughout the Hacienda, spa amenities in each Bath including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryers in every bathroom, second floor kitchen and Guest lounge, all linens and towels provided (luxury linens), massage therapist available for an additional fee, house caretaker on site 7 days per week, maid service 6 days per week, purified drinking water provided and private parking.
