Welcome to CZ Villa 5, a beautiful property on sunny Cozumel Island. This property was just completed in 2005 and offers all the modern luxuries of being at home. Located about 10 miles south of town you will find this location quiet with great access to dive sites. There is a private pool for your use and the beachfront area is about 50 yards away. CZ Villa 5 is in a gated property shared with only one other house (CZ Villa 4) and the staff quarters. CZ Villa 4 is available for rental and the combination of both of these homes can accommodate a group of up to 20. The private beach that these two houses share is about 100 feet wide and offers ample access to some great snorkeling waters right in front of the property. The living room in CZ Villa 5 offers room to spread out and relax while enjoying the ocean breezes. There is Satellite TV, VCR, and CD stereo for your convenience. The kitchen is just off the living room and provides a breakfast bar as well as a dining area. The kitchen has been fully equipped for your use while staying at the home. The bedrooms in this vacation home are as comfortable as they are spacious. All bedrooms offer a private bath. From the deck on the second floor you will find an access for the roof top sundeck.
