Introducing Cozumel's newest rental home - CZ VILLA 8! This brand new home is located right next to one of the best beaches in Cozumel, the San Francisco Beach. Water activities including shore diving/snorkeling, jet ski's, and para-sailing are all available.
Vendors, restaurants, sand volleyball, horseback riding, and more are all available in close proximity to the CZ Villa 8. If beach clubs are your thing San Francisco, Playa Nachi Cocom, Mr. Sanchos and many more are all within 1-10 minutes of this location. If you are a diver this home offers a full, tiled, dive/rinse area and since you are already south of town you are on the way to the dive sites.Inside the CZ Villa 8 you will find a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals or for an extra special treat let one of our chefs prepare your meals for you. Just off of the kitchen is a living room with a futon sofa. Also included is a DirecTV Satellite, DVD player, and CD stereo.
To compliment the other amenities CZ Villa 8 features two upstairs bedrooms. These two bedrooms have king sized beds, share a bath, and have individual mini split air conditioning units. The larger room is equipped with DirecTV and a DVD. Both bedrooms have access to a wrap around deck, which leads to the roof top sundeck.
It is important to note the access to the beach at this home. Although you will have views of the sea from both bedrooms, the second story deck, and the roof top sundeck, you will not have direct beach access. In order to get to the beach you must walk back to the road and enter through San Francisco beach club. This is a short five minute walk away and does not present a major obstacle to guests.
